Medical capacitor chargers

Medical capacitor chargers were specially developed to power pulsed laser systems for medical, medical aesthetic treatments. They met all standards and requirements for a quality specific to the medical devices industry, IEC 60601-1 ed.3 and IEC 60601-1-2. We have two types of devices, capacitor charging modules for partial and complete discharge. PCA-family modules suit also for industrial applications. All items are equipped with an integrated fan for forced air cooling.

Relatively low-power capacitor charging module. Basic parameters are the following:

  • Input - 110-240 V AC
  • Output power - 1.0 kW
  • Output voltage - up to 1.5 kV (higher on request)
  • IEC 60601-1 ed.3 and IEC 60601-1-2 compliance

PCA-20 is a medium-power capacitor charging module. Basic parameters are the following:

  • Input - 110-240 V AC
  • Output power - 2.0 kW
  • Output voltage - up to 1.5 kV (higher on request)
  • IEC 60601-1 ed.3 and IEC 60601-1-2 compliance

PCA-25 is a boosted modification of the capacitor charger with 2500 W output power and 200-240 V AC input.
