Pockels cell driver on GaN transistors with fast rise and fall time and adjustable pulse duration and pulse amplitude over a wide temperature range.

QBD-BT-series is a line of bench top Pockels cell drivers designed for laboratory use and based on built-in modules of QBD-series:

  • Push-up or pull-down modification (fixed)
  • Up to 6 kV output voltage
  • Up to 100 kHz and higher repetition rate
  • < 20 ns rise or fall time (leading edge)

QBU-BT-series is a line of bench top Pockels cell drivers designed for laboratory use and based on built-in modules of QBU-series:

  • Different working modes: push-up, pull-down and user-defined (triggering by an external TTL signal)

  • < 20 ns rise / fall time
