Industrial capacitor chargers

We offer capacitor chargers with DC (PBZ-series) and AC (PCP-series) input. Each of the model has a partial and complete discharge modification, designed to meet diverse application needs. Each of the model could be optimized for partial and complete discharge operation.

The PCP-17 and -35 modules are suitable to operate in parallel with 2 or more items.

Unlike the certified modules from PCA series, these modules are “industrial grade” and are not recommended for use in medical or aesthetic systems.

PBZ-300 capacitor charger

Capacitor charging module with low-voltage DC input. The main features are the following:

  • Input - 24 V DC
  • 400 W output power for partial discharge
  • 300 J/s output power for complete discharge
  • Output voltage up to 4.0 kV
  • Cooling with integrated fans

PBZ-500 capacitor charging power supply

Capacitor charging module with low-voltage DC input, more powerful than PBZ-300. The main features are the following:

  • Input - 48 V DC
  • 700 W output power for partial discharge
  • 500 J/s output power for complete discharge
  • Output voltage up to 4.0 kV
  • Cooling with integrated fans

PCP-07 capacitor charging power supply

Probably, the most compact capacitor charging module in the world. The main features are the following:

  • Input - 230 V AC rectified (external rectifier is needed)
  • Output power up to 700 W
  • Output voltage up to 2.0 kV
  • Cooling: forced air (external fan is required)

PCP-17 capacitor charging power supply

PCP-17 is a very compact and reliable capacitor charging module, suitable for most of applications.

  • Input - 230 V AC rectified (external rectifier is needed)
  • Output power up to 1.75 kW
  • Output voltage up to 4.0 kV
  • Cooling: forced air (external fan is required)

PCP-35 high voltage capacitor charger

PCP-35 consists of two PCP-17's combined in the same case with an integrated fan:

  • Input - 230 V AC
  • Output power up to 3.5 kW
  • Output voltage up to 4.0 kV
  • Cooling - forced air (integrated fan)
