We design customized serial capacitor chargers and modules based on our clients’ requests.
Available for order Low profile version of PCA-10
It was designed on a customer’s request, who had strict dimensional limitations.
Differences comparing to the standard PCA-10:
– custom dimensions
– custom connectors
The unit is supplied regularly in small batches to the customer.
Customized PCA-10
It was developed in response to a customer from aesthetic industry enquiry. The following changes have been made in comparison to mass-produced model:
- non-standard charging curve (the maximum output power is achieved not at the maximum voltage, but at reduced voltage due to the treatment requirement);
- all the connectors have been moved to one side, their types have been changed;
- some interface signals have been modified.
Today this dedicated modification is supplied in quantities of many hundreds per year.

Available for order Customized PCA-20
A manufacturer of Holmium lasers from medical industry asked us to modify PCA-20 in order to decrease as much as possible the leakage current (below 40 uA). Other requests were related to the coverage case and interface signals.
We successfully implemented the required changes and now this special modification is produced in quantity of several hundreds annually.
Customized PCP-17
One of our customers asked us to make the high voltage modification of PCP-17 for UV sterilization equipment. We offered to develop a 4 kV version and made it in the shortest possible time, namely in three months. This variant became a mass-produced product (see the PCP-17 description for details). It is supplied to different customers on a regular basis.

Ask for availability 12 kW capacitor charger with 3 phase input
We have received a request for producing capacitor charger with the maximum possible power in 4U cabinet size. The 12 kW unit based on 3pcs PCA-40 chargers, one per phase, packed in 19” rack 4U size, with 380 V AC, 3 phase input and RS-485 control interface was developed. Several such devices have been purchased by the customer.
Low power capacitor charger for defence application
A long time ago, one of our customers was looking for a 200 W, 400 V capacitor charger for range-finding applications. It was mandatory that the device should also be stable to shock and vibration, have an extended range of operating temperatures and be conductively cooled.
The project was successfully performed on an R & D basis, the device was developed and all the engineering documentation describing the production technology was delivered to the customer.
