Custom simmer boards

On customer’s request we’ve designed a high power simmer module able to work both with high output current and high output voltage at the same time.

Now it’s available as a standard product, see also SBZ-3008 product page and user manual for the details.

Many years ago one of our customers have been looked for an electronics for range-finding applications. It was mandatory that the devices should also be stable to shock and vibration, have an extended range of operating temperatures and be conductively cooled. The project was successfully performed on an R & D basis, the device was developed and all the engineering documentation describing the production technology was delivered to the customer.

A manufacturer from medical industry asked us to make a simmer supply with 100-240 V AC input which could be certified for safety and EMC standards IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2.
We have successfully implemented the required changes by integrating a PFC module into a serial product. This special modification was being produced for a specific customer for several years and then discontinued.

We have received a lot of requests for producing a simmer board powered from +48 V DC source. The desired unit has been developed and is supplied to different customers periodically.
